Our service is built upon 20 plus years experience in the Australian cooperative banking and insurance sectors. Our specialist and bespoke consulting services focus exclusively on providing clients with strategy and business planning support; organisational design advice; Syndicated Research; and, Board support in key areas such as independent self assessment processes, Nomination Committee and Returning Officer responsibilities.
Tony Schesser is the principal of Schesser Consulting. Tony brings a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of both cooperative and customer owned banking institutions, having held senior roles in the industry over 20 years including the Cuscal Industry Association, COBA, and CFP – an industry aggregator. Prior this time Tony spent a number of years with mutual insurance providers including AMP and NRMA prior to their demutualisation.
